Shipping with Imperial Firearms:
- All items requiring a NICs background check will be shipped via FedEx or UPS as signatures may be required.
- Please allow at least 2-3 business days for shipping once a valid FFL is received for all items purchased requiring pick up from an FFL of your choice.
- All Firearms, lowers and all other serialized items are required by the ATF to be shipped to the customer’s local FFL.
- Actual buyer must pickup from FFL dealer who will then conduct the NICs background check.
- Denied NICs background checks will be subjected to a 30% restocking fee.
- All other items will be shipped via USPS or UPS and fulfilled within 2-3 business days of the order being placed considering all items are in stock.
- Shipping price will be based on an approximate weight and average shipping cost.
- Expedited shipping or insurance will require an additional cost, so please email us at Sales@imperialfirearms.com or call 585-738-9808 prior to placing the order to upgrade shipping method.
- Tracking information will be provided via email once the order is fulfilled and will be the customer’s responsibility for ensuring a successful delivery. If failure occurs and the item is returned to Imperial Firearms, then a reshipping fee may be required for reshipment.
- If a package is claimed to be lost or stolen, then please contact Imperial Firearms directly. If insurance isn’t purchased, then this may penalize the customer from receiving a full refund.
- Imperial Firearms only ships within the 48 states of the US and does not ship to HI, AK & the US territories VI & PR.
- Firearms & AR lower receivers will NOT be sold/shipped in CA & MA.
- Local pick up Firearm transfers must be the actual transferee/buyer.
Refunds & Returns:
- All Firearm & ammo sales are FINAL. Absolutely no refunds, returns or exchanges.
- If a Firearm is defective, you must return to the manufacturer directly for warranty service.
- Denied NICs background checks will be subjected to a 30% restocking fee.
- $20 Firearm transfer fees are non-refundable.
- All other items can be returned (at customers expense) within 14 days of receiving for a full refund minus shipping as long as the item hasn’t been opened and is in re-sellable condition.
